Developing a Generalizable Causal AI Framework for Precision Sequencing of Cancer Therapies: A Use Case in Advanced Prostate Cancer
This project will address the challenge of determining optimal treatment sequences in oncology by developing a generalizable causal AI framework that leverages complex clinical-genomic data from the Department of Veterans Affairs. With an initial application to ARPI sequencing in advanced prostate cancer, the project will deliver a methodological toolkit designed to generate high-quality evidence capable of informing future clinical practice guidelines.
